CXM was established in 2014 by General Contractor Eloy Muñoz and his wife Vanessa Nazario-Muñoz. Drawing upon 20 years of experience in the field of construction, the company set out to redefine the relationship between the customer and builder by providing a more personable and pleasant experience for their clients. As a result, CXM’s projects are as varied as their clientele. Ranging from small additions and remodels to full commercial and residential properties, the company is capable of adapting to jobs of varying sizes and budgets. CXM is just as comfortable resurfacing a pool deck as it is building a multi-million dollar custom home from the ground up. This approach has provided them with great success in their field. Though projects may vary in scale, CXM’s objective always remains constant with every job they do, “to build relationships while making their clients feel as if they hired family to do professional work.”
